Janiya

Founder, Owner & PowerHouse Jack-of-All-Trades

If it needs to be done, Janiya gets it done. As the Founder & Owner of PowerHouse Cycle & HIIT, she’s not just running the show—she’s the mechanic, electrician, mental health professional, and everything in between. With nine years in boutique fitness, she’s built PowerHouse to be more than a workout—it’s a movement.

Her classes? High energy, unapologetic, and fueled by fire playlists blending EDM, R&B, and hip-hop. When she’s not coaching or fixing something, she’s diving into a book, scouting new beats, or hanging with her two dogs.

Cort(azia)

Powerhouse Owner & Coach

From athlete to PowerHouse, Cort has been moving her entire life. As co-owner of PowerHouse Cycle & HIIT, she brings the perfect balance of strength, energy, and passion to every class. Expect high-intensity workouts, expert coaching, and a vibe that pushes you past your limits.

Her playlists? A fire mix of hip-hop & country, keeping you motivated from start to finish. When she’s not coaching, you’ll find her chilling with her two dogs or hunting down the next must-have pair of kicks.

Jazmine K.

Spin & Strength Coach

Jazmine aka Jaz. Is a 500hr RYT with 8 years of experience teaching group fitness. Her fitness journey began in 2008 as means to stay healthy in her adult years. In 2012, she ran her first 5K and have been running consistently since.

Her classes? Offer a welcoming challenge to get you out of your head and into your body. She believes no mater the fitness avenue at hand, find the sen within.

STRENGTH COACH

From Virginia and currently go to school for PTA. Daquan loves being active. Going on hikes, skating, paintball, and walking his dogs. Daquans second passion is helping people. So becoming a coach is like living the best of both worlds. He has been a trainer since 2019. Bringing joy, laughter, motivation, and a stress free environment to his clients. Having fun while striving to achieve your goal is important to him. So it’s always a party when he coaches!

Her classes are high-energy, upbeat, and designed to get you feeling strong, empowered, and ready to conquer anything. Whether you’re an experienced rider or just starting your fitness journey, Alli is here to help you crush those goals and discover what you’re truly capable of. Expect hot playlists, thoughtful rides to get results, and 45 minutes of sweaty fun!

 Personal Trainer, Passionate Fitness Instructor Eric has been a lifelong athletics enthusiast. Whether it was baseball, soccer, karate, wrestling or taekwondo, he’s always been playing and competing at something. His playlists are full of high intensity, upbeat, base driven training anthems. Whether it’s for Spin or strength you’re going to get a great workout and have hopefully learn a great new song or 2 to add to your playlist
