With nearly a decade of experience in boutique fitness, Janiya has worked her way through multiple leadership roles, from sales associate to studio director, leading teams, coaching classes, and helping studios grow. Her experience spans top fitness brands, where she developed a reputation for strong leadership, high standards, and creating spaces where members genuinely feel supported.

Joshua Halter brings energy, motivation, and a strong passion for fitness to the PowerHouse coaching team. Known for creating challenging but rewarding workouts, Josh pushes members to step outside of their comfort zones while keeping classes fun, encouraging, and high-energy.
Josh focuses on helping members build confidence, improve performance, and leave class feeling stronger than when they walked in. His coaching style combines accountability with positivity, making every workout both motivating and approachable for all fitness levels.

As both a coach and co-owner, Cort is dedicated to making every member feel welcomed, supported, and challenged in the best way possible. Whether she’s coaching a class, helping members stay accountable, or working behind the scenes to grow the PowerHouse brand, her goal is always the same — creating an experience that helps people feel stronger, more confident, and excited to keep showing up.

Janine Mitchell brings strength, energy, and serious dedication to the PowerHouse coaching team. Known as an absolute beast in and out of the studio, Janine pushes members to work hard, move with purpose, and build confidence through every workout.
As both a Pilates and Strength Coach, Janine combines power and precision — helping members improve form, build strength, and challenge themselves in new ways. Her coaching style is motivating, encouraging, and results-driven, creating workouts that will push you while still making you feel supported every step of the way.
